2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within Switzerland):

  • We offer Priority tracked shipping via Swiss Post.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

2.2 International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to select countries.
  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • We offer Priority tracked shipping on international orders.
  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and VAT based on your country which are not reflected in our prices. 

3. Order Tracking

3.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using this number on the carrier's website.

5.1 Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
