How We Uphold These Standards

At Attona Jewelry, our commitment to responsible sourcing is built on transparency, trust, and continuous improvement. To ensure that our Supplier Code of Conduct is upheld in practice, we take the following steps:

  • We work only with suppliers who demonstrate alignment with our values and responsible practices. Ethical standards, labor conditions, and environmental impact are core criteria in our partner selection process.
  • We maintain close, collaborative relationships with our suppliers, fostering open communication around expectations, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Suppliers must be able to present evidence of compliance with our Code of Conduct and provide supporting documentation upon request. This may include policies, certifications, procedures, or audit results.
  • All suppliers must be audited by an independent, industry-recognized institution, such as the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), and meet all relevant requirements for ethical, social, and environmental performance.
  • If any concerns are identified, we work constructively with suppliers to address them. In serious or unresolved cases, we may discontinue the partnership.
  • We believe in continuous learning and improvement. We support our partners in strengthening their operations and building sustainable, responsible practices that last.
